Established in 1999 by Mr Teo Wee Seng who left the National Computer Board as Director, HR. He has 13 years of experience managing human resource in the IT industry and has an Honours degree in Economics with the National University of Singapore. He is a certified adventure learning consultant with the Singapore Training and Development Association and a certified People Developer Standards consultant with the Singapore Productivity & Standards Board.
