Project Manager/Application Development Engineer (x1)

Responsibilities:

- project manage the implementation of the new call center infrastructure (IP-PBX: Altigen and CRM Application: MyCRM)

- migration of the current Oracle dB to MS SQL

- develop new applications on the MyCRM platform for new projects

- customization of workgroup, call flow, IVR, etc. on the Altigen platform for existing and new projects

Requirements:

- 4 to 5 years experience, with at least 1 yr of project management experience

- proficient in Oracle, SQL, J2EE

- knowledge of IP-networking (as the Altigen is an IP-based system using DSP cards)

- experience in a call center environment would be an advantage

Responsibilities:

- maintenance of the existing call center infra (Avaya, Saleslogix and

Oracle) until the new infra is commissioned

- maintenance of the new infra

- generation of monthly report

- implementation of simple change requests on the Altigen and MyCRM platform

Requirements:

- 2 to 3 years experience

- knowledge of Oracle, SQL, J2EE, VB

- proficient in IP networking, LAN, WAN, VPN

- experience in a call center or data center environment would be an advantage
